Below please find the Confirmation Request Form for the Fall of 2022. Please complete the form and return it to Carlos Mesquita.
Carlos has recently joined the Office of the Bishop and will be the liaison between the parishes and the Office of the Bishop for all Confirmation related requests and documents, and will be the Master of Ceremonies for most Masses and Confirmations.
Please note that due to the easing of Covid-19 restrictions, the minimum number of candidates needed for the celebration of Confirmation in any parish is 30 candidates. If your parish has fewer than 30 candidates you may hold the Confirmation ceremony until the following year, combine with another parish to reach the appropriate number or join a group Confirmation (dates, times and locations will be provided).
